All donations made through this website are non-refundable, unless they were made through fraudulent means. In the event of a fraudulent use of a credit card, or in any other instance of fraud in the making of a donation, the payee is requested to contact the provider with full details of the allegations relating to the fraud, together with a copy of the Police Report Number under which these allegations have been reported to the Police. The matter will then be investigated by the provider before a refund is authorised.
